Baby and child friendly
Barritshayes Farm Cottages is the perfect location for a family break with plenty of activities on site and so many places to explore nearby.
With enclosed gardens and stairgates, little ones will be safe, and we can provide travel cots, highchairs, potties, steps, baby baths and kids cutlery and crockery – just let us know what you need when booking.
With an outdoor heated saltwater pool (open May-September), climbing frame, tennis court and games room, there’s something for all ages right here.

Dog friendly
We love meeting your furry family members!
We welcome up to two dogs per property and provide a doggy welcome pack including a bowl, towel, poop bags and some treats.
Each property has an enclosed garden.
We charge a small additional fee of £25 per dog.
Take them for a walk round our paddock and wildflower meadow or walk round the corner to the Coly River and pick up the East Devon Way.

Group holidays
Celebrating a special occasion with family or friends? Looking for accommodation for your small walking/cycling/painting etc group?
Barritshayes Farm Cottages is a wonderful place to stay with family or friends while still having your own space.
We can accommodate up to 14 people across our four properties (plus cots). The Cider Barn (sleeps 6), Dairy (sleeps 4) and Granary (sleeps 2) are all next door to each other, with Swallows Cabin (sleeps 2) up past the stables in a more secluded spot.
If you are interested in booking all our cottages for your celebration, club, or interest group, please contact us and we can discuss your requirements, availability, and special rates.

We operate a 3 night minimum stay in the Dairy and Cider Barn, 2 night minimum stay in Swallows Cabin and the Granary, arriving and departing any day.
In the peak summer holidays we operate full week breaks only in the Dairy (commencing Fridays) and the Cider Barn (commencing Saturdays), and short breaks commencing Monday or Friday in the Granary and Swallows Cabin. We currently close over the Christmas holidays to spend time with family.
