Choose between one of our well-equipped cosy cottages or the Swallows, our rustic cabin retreat.

Whether you’re looking for a fun-filled family holiday, a romantic break for two or a relaxing break with friends, our cottages and cabin, with far reaching views across the stunning East Devon countryside are ideal.

Sleeping from 2 to 6 people (or up to 14 when combined) there is something for everyone.

We are excited to announce that our new 3-bedroom (sleeps 6 + cots) cottage, the Cider Barn is now open and taking bookings.

We welcome up to 2 dogs in each cottage for a small additional fee.

In the peak summer holidays we operate full week breaks only in the Dairy (commencing Fridays) and the Cider Barn (commencing Saturdays), and short breaks commencing Monday or Friday in the Granary and Swallows Cabin. The rest of the year we operate a 3 night minimum stay (2 in Swallows Cabin), arriving and departing any day. We currently close over the Christmas holidays to spend time with family.
